real economy vs entity economy

I hope someone from the economics sector will give us an explanation of the difference between real economy and entity economy.
And the difference between paper economy and virtual economy.
I have googled these terms but still not sure about my understanding of these terms. The Chinese equivalents of these two sets of terms are identical, very confusing.
