My mother my father when I was 2.

How can I find my father if I dont know that much about him and my mom doesn't even talk about him. All I know is that my mom brother and me were all living somewhere in Philadelphia and for some reason we moved to Goldsboro NC. My godmother said that my father loved my brother and I very much,and that he wasn't a dead beat.
