81a - Cooks held steer wrapped in cotton wool -S?e??????
47d - Sid turned up with assorted entries Ted detached - D?s?n?e??????
61d - Try to report conclusion, always - E?d??????
71d - Travel pass for Grant - P?????

Seems more I couldn't get now I've listed them!!!!
