I want to submit an article on wikipedia about a non-profit organization, but a company (unrelated) has the same name and has posted an article what do I do?

Just make the statement that the "other" organization is not your organization in your entry, making it clear that your organization is a nonprofit based in _______ that provides xyz services.

if you have a wikipedia account, there should be a way to contact them directly...
