Cough medicine is nearly as vile as bronchial infection, to me..
Take care, Finn - bronchitis can be quite the bummer.
Years ago my routine internist was a board cert endocrinologist, so when I went in whining about eternal bronchitis (I smoked back then, or had recently quit) she whipped out the prescription pad for a very low dose prednisone. I remember that the small bottle cost $4.00. Anyway, the several month extended bronchitis went away after one, or maybe two, of those small pills, as in my case the bronchitis was a long term inflammatory reactivity. Of course I finished the prescription.
I doubt doctors do that anymore with steroids, but it sure worked.
