if it is polyester you can't do it at home. if it is really nylon you need a fixation agent. usually american dyed fabric does not bleed because the dyers over here know what they are doing. its that cheap-ass chinese or indian crap that you have to worry about.

if you can, return the garment or cloth to whomever you bought it and raise hell about it
