I was introduced to the Mach3 by a guy friend and used it for a year or two before I switched to the version for women - the venus. The blade heads are interchangeable.

I used a rusty machete for a while, but didn't care for the results. Now I use a disposable. For me the secrets are: I keep the blade in the shower stall and shave while I shower, and I use the same tea tree soap I shampoo with to shave. Very kind to my somewhat delicate skin.

Women should never be allowed to discuss shaving with men. Too many of us are traumatized. You can have a perfectly good razor with lots of life left in it, and a women will use it on her legs without telling. You then butcher your face the next time you use it.

I use an injector, which i better not lose, cause they don't make them any longer. (Anyway, i've not seen them on offer for more than ten years.) I can still get the blades.

I have curly hair, which means my whiskers are just the same. I shave my face repeatedly in just about every direction i can think of. I continually run my hand over my face to find out which area needs to be worked over next.

I hate shaving, but i hate wearing a beard more.

I'm a "wet shaver" sonce my first shave (regardless the blood with the first couple shaves).

I'M using two blades, have no special up/down/around method. (I'm doing so, I think, since I've been a test shaver for Wilkonson for some years and had to shave regarding strong 'rules' [but thus new any new blade months in advance!])

A Mr. Stillwater sighting! How are things besides the shaving going? Somehow, when the words 'women' and 'shaving' are used in the same sentence, I am not asking myself what razor they use, but I think Mrs. cav also uses the Venus razor.

Occasionally, as a treat, I get a shave at the barber's. The old cutthroat does a great job in skilled hands.
