@AnswerMan,
"Command prompt" is just a text-based interface to control the computer so the computer needs to be networked for its console to execute commands that depend on networking.

@Robert Gentel,
All the schools programs are networked together, and i can pick my files up on any computer in the school but when i made a new account it was only accessible through one computer. And when I type net user it only shows the accounts on that computer! Is there any thing I can do to network them together so that my command prompt picks up different users?

@AnswerMan,
You should not be using the school computers to play stupid tricks. The network administrator sets security policies, and that is why you cannot do what you seem to want.

@contrex,
Well, I like playing stupid tricks and I was just wondering if there is anything I could do to let me play stupid tricks! I'm not talking about erasing their hard drive or shutting off their computer so they loose work!

Not if the system administrators did their job right and not if you don't know what you are doing, both of which seem to be the case.

@Robert Gentel,
Well I'm sorry I'm not a nerd! Will you forgive me?

On a serious note thank you for taking time out to answer my question!
Some people I find are just on here to start arguments, and so its nice when someone seriously answers a question.
