@Chezzie,
Looks like "WELL APPOINTED" would satisfy both clues. Doesn't fit so well with your letters, unfortunately.

yeah, well done lmur, i'd try to be more helpful on this stuff but uno i dont do crosswords, i reckon i get the best part of the crossword here
