I just found Nimh's thread about what newspapers one reads and why and I remembered that one of my favorite features of one of my favorite newspapers is this thing called starters. They choose a person every week and interview them- asking pretty interesting questions. I always learn a lot about the person - sometimes I'm very surprised - and sometimes it inspires me to learn more about them (either read their book or listen to their music or check out their films- whatever).
This week, it was a guy called Seasick Steve. I liked his interview so much I'm going to download his album.
It also makes me think about the same questions and answers in my own life - and sometimes I realize I come up with some pretty surprising answers.
