@Dutchy,
Hi Dutchy,

Could 198d also be SAT NAV, I wonder? (Have to admit, hadn't heard of RADNAV!).

@lmur,
Hi Lmur

Did have a look at your submission when I completed my puzzle but felt, being the Stinker, RADNAV is what they're after. Both answers should be acceptable though.
Did you Google RADNAV?

@Dutchy,
I did a quick search and agree that both should be acceptable answers. You know, Ireland is so small that such systems aren't required. Just roll down your window and follow the finger-pointer's directions. Wink

@lmur,
GPS gadgets are extremely popular here, they are now fitted to lots of new car models. I use mine when I travel Interstate, extremely useful when you drive in the other Capital cities in Australia which are up to 3000km from my base. Smile

@Dutchy,
I cannot imagine driving 3000km - 350km is the longest distance I've travelled (by car). That was from Cork (south) to Derry (north) - the entire length of Ireland! That type of journey is probably the equivalent of a "trip to the shops" Down Under!
