Does anyone know what chemicals are in a starter logg that could be toxic? My roommates dog just chew some of one up.

That sounds bad. I'd rush to the vet as I bet it's some sort of toxin. Certainly it's nothing good. Here's info about one brand. They don't mention what's in the log but sawdust and binders can't be good for anyone, man or beast.
