Its a 9 letter word. 123456789 without which we cannot survive. 2,3,4 letters makes you to concentrate. 5,6 letters is a disease.8,9 letters indicates destination.

Yea maybe, but rheumatoid arthritis is not exactly the first thing the comes to find when I see RA.
