1979 Mercedes 300D overheating

I have replaced radiator, thermostat and waterpump. Has rebuilt motor just 80k miles. Over heats in just minutes.

@awhitte9,
Sounds like you are on the right track.
If it heats that fast, you just about have to have zero flow in the cooling system.
You have a blockage somewhere, assuming the pump is functioning correctly...
