If it's unpasteurized whole raw milk straight from ole Elsie, there ain't nothin' wrong with it being sour. Let it stand a couple more days and it'll get nice and thick and taste just like yoghurt. Yummmy.

we only drink raw milk so the bad taste and lactose intolerance problems are not here in our place. I notice when Im on vacation that I cant use any commercial milk for my cereal. MA is dead on about raw milk souring. Mrs F lets some milk go sour if she doesnt have buttermilk, she uses this for baking cakes and in cream pies.
