Dys' Parrot Fred is not the smartest parrot in the world. AJ has out-smarted him:

@BumbleBeeBoogie,
Birds is some of my favorite people.
@edgarblythe,
That is one smart bird, Edgar. What a great relationship those two have.

@BumbleBeeBoogie,
I have always thought birds to be exceptionally smart. If they walked erect and had hands like ours, they might today be building rockets to explore the universe.

LOOK: up in the sky:
its a bird;
its a plane !
Its SUPERBIRD
Did he come from Planet Krypton ?
There is a fellow in Chicago Mensa
who has videotapes that he plays during the HalloweeM
Regional Gathering, where I intend to go in 11 days,
of the exploits of squirrels and their successful efforts to circumvent
barriers to their raiding bird feeders; shockingly ingenious little fellows.
Thay even do co-ordinated teamwork to raid the birdfeeders.
He always brings several of them (his pets) along,
with tapes of their exploits at home.
We have many little gray squirrels around here, in NYC (Queens);
some racoons, too.
