Well, it's a little late to complain to my Dad. I don't think he could have understood my fear, he had to fish off bridges in Baltimore to supply his mother with additional food during the depression. When something is natural to you, it's difficult to understand that someone might be frightened by the same thing. I'm the first one to admit my fear of fish is way out of control, I almost passed out at a fundraiser when I spotted an entire salmon on a table, intact head and tail but the rest all sliced up. I know everyone else in the world loves salmon, I'm the odd man out. Shellfish I can deal with, no trouble at all handling and cleaning shrimp.

@dlowan,
I worried a lot I usually would sneak into my older brothers room and climb in bed with him because he was older and safety .......I was always fearful though
