A lot of the time that a team spends building trust and a {collegial spirit}, they find, would be better spent scouting for outside sources of new ideas, generating enthusiasm for what the team is doing among upper managers and communicating with everyone the group’s work touches, from customers to tech support.
What does "collegial spirit" mean in this context?
@fansy2,
The good natured (perhaps unified by common goal) spirit that exists between colleagues...or team spirit; commaredery.
