That schillerlocken looks like worm skin. I looked it up and saw that it was the belly flap skin of some (Unknown) lifeform. I dont wanna hear that it tastes like bacon,

Any unknown life form that can't be made to taste like bacon is better left unknown. Just my personal opinion.
Schillerlocken are basically smoked fish. If you like smoked eel, you'll like Schillerlocken too. If you don't, you won't.
