Is it better to blow your nose, and thus risk a nose bleed; or is it better to snort snot down the gullet, and thus risk ostracization?
If you are getting a nose bleed when you blow your nose I think you are blowing too hard. Swallowing snot makes me want to throw up...seriously makes me sick at my stomach...I'd risk the nose bleed.
