Is There Anything That Has Not Been Said?

Tilley, welcome to a2k past all this internecine warfare/non-warfare.

On the question: sometimes I'm amazed at how much information is out there not just on a2k and its archives but the internet in general. And then I look up this or that, when I might have information myself on various aspects of subjects, and see almost nothing on google, for example.

I think the internet information stream is still very young.

Hmmm.

I have discussed my hopes and dreams, my vocation, my avocation, long fingernails, foot binding, politics, religion, patios, pantrys, friends, enemys, vitamins, television, movies, eating ham with my grandfather, books, my family, adoption, heartbreak and love, dancing, shoes, what happens when you put on someone else's glasses, smackdowns, food, animals, therapy and elation, foot re-enactments of famous naval battles and music, what is is and what is isn't, guns, kisses and capyberas. I've even discussed my left had none toe in great detail.

What remains unsaid is huge.

Welcome to A2K, Tilley (do you have a magic garden? Is that book still in print? It was lovely. I don't think I've discussed that here.)

And I'm thinking Eustace Tilley and/or Tiddley Winks, game of my youth.

Do people outside of Canada know about Tilley hats? Has this been discussed?

I actually painted someone in a Tilley hat but I haven't discussed this heretofor. or is it "heretofore"?

I haven't discussed LOTS of stuff and I ain't about to.

I dont think anyone's discussed the development of domestic politics in either Bulgaria or Albania yet... there's been no thread on Tuvan throatsinging, nor on the Plastic People of the Universe and communist-era dissident rock music in general. I dont believe the history and culture of the Vlachs has ever been discussed, and nobody ever talked about the Moskvich (the car).
