I am black and cherokee..
Brown skin, brown hair, light brown eyes..
Really super curly hair tough.. that when it gets long enough , it turns into small spirals..
Right now I am nursing the worst hair cut in my life.. I look like a black cotton ball..

Yup, same hair. I made the mistake of the cotton ball back in the late 70's when I was in High School. I wore a hat for six months. Semi-long is better you can braid it or tie it up. By the way, I think my tribe was that of Levi.

Short hair, alarmed eyebrows, distainful expression.....all I need is some work done on my upper ears. Actually, I'm seriously toying with the idea of a cartilage piercing in that area, peeping out between the hair. Maybe some sapphires.

The magazine cover itself looks a bit different than that thumbnail image. That woman's name is Tristan Prettyman (stage name anyway). She's a folk singer. I did a few Google image searches and in most of them, she doesn't resemble a "Dasha" at all, but in that one I thought she did.
Anyway, I meant it as a compliment. Hopefully that's how it will be taken.
Then click on the "Foam Magazine" thumbnail at lower right. She's an ex-surfer, thus the article.

I think the lively eyes are certainly similar. Both this girl and dag have a lust for life look about them that makes them look like they'd be fun to hang out with and I see the resemblance.
That's also supposed to be a compliment btw.

I have that. On my left ear.
I do like it. Though it bothered me for about days after I got it.
Could not sleep on that side... and heaven forbid I answered the phone
but overall.. no biggie..
