Jes had to be a Virgo too....what day though? I propose my chocolate cheesecake that led to my going out with Mrs. cav, and our resulting relationship and marriage. Any takers?

Excellent, and thank ya! :-D

I'm 9/2, so this year I was the day after Labor Day.

When are you, cavariffic??!!

PS Emack and Bolio's ice cream will be fine. Or anything with nuts.

PPS Thanks for the poem, Letty. :-D

I keep wanting to pronounce Kerver as Koivoi. I think this is 'cause my folks (both brought up in Brooklyn [hey, what's it to yuh?] were here for a few days).

The day contained Mexican food and book gifts. Plus I have to go Amazon shoppin'. My brother gave me Jonathan Safran Foer's Everything is Illuminated. I think I might pick up The Adventures of Kavalier and Clay by Michael Chabon.

So, fellow birthdayites - what do you have planned/did you do on the international holiday that is your day of natality???

My wife will be working on my Bday, so I will most likely stay home and tend to personal things. September is a beautiful month to be doing busy things, so I am sure I will hammer on my addition a bit.

thanks, for the thoughts Rae, and all (but no thanks for rubbing it in);
i would like to announce my current age, since there is much mumbling going on behind the scenes.

i am officially now twenty nine.

That makes me five years younger than my oldest daughter; now, to some of you (the less numerically challenged), that might imply a touch of a paradox, but if you are familliar with quantum theory............ Laughing

Thanks eh,Beth, its all in the 'intent'; except of course, for the Blue Bell icecream, it needs to be in the 'infreezer' (it would melt intent, except in the winter, then it would be allright, except in the Australian winter; is dLowan's birthday in September, i wonder if she is a 'virgo'; oops too personal........ ;
hororscopic, my dear Watson; watson your mind?).

Hey, now that I'm getting all the pics, I just remembered, I actually have a Barbie cake mold....used it once for a Barbie party at Bistro 990 for 'Party Barbara' a local party planner of nebulous celebrity. All the food had to be pink Rolling Eyes and yours truly got the honours...
