Is that a typo?

I stumbled upon this old article on Shakira today, which reports her as being a mere 4' 11" in height. Could that be a typo? I googled "Shakira height" and lots of sources, though mostly unauthorized, seem to be echoing that.

This is rather silly, since I've been watching her for a long time now, and I never thought of her as particularly short. 4' 11' is kinda dwarfish. That's even less than my 5' 2"!

Or maybe that's true? Would anyone care to enlighten me? Has anyone seen her perform live?

This is trivial, but I just get very curious sometimes.
