Cheers! I think I might make another mimosa with the leftover champagne and orange juice.

I never even started. Had a storm all day yesterday (snowed in) and I could go out to get my New Years six pack.

I'm trying to grab some fumes from you guys Laughing

I had prosecco with strawberry limes, red wine, pink champagne, more red wine and lots of tap water.

There was also a big bowle of red wine punch with rum, like this...

I didn't dare drink it Shocked

I learned some hard lessons about mixing alcohols ("mixed drinks"), much less adding sugar syrups to them, some years ago... the sane limit for me on those would be One, and only one. Which is hard to do if it tastes good.

So I'm a purist - give me good booze on ice, and not too many in a given set of hours, or some glasses of good wine, and, once in a while with certain food or on a humongously hot day, some good beer (those ales all sound good to me).

Thus I join in the group amazement re TKO's jolly evening....

I flipped through some photo from last night. Add a undescript blue drink and a redbull with vodka to the kill list.

Funny thing is, I don't drink that often these days. I'm usually too busy.

um, blue curacao... blur curativo...

it's been years, but I did take a great photo of some cocktail I made with that once, with the sun shining through the window on it. Wonder where that photo is by now.

That sounds like a cool pic, osso.

I had some sparkling wine last night. It had the effect of making me feel thirstier. Confused

Yeah, I like a good booze on ice, too.
It lets me know what's happening as I drink it.
Damn mixed drinks sneak up on ya.

Yeah, I think some of that was floating around here. That could have been it.
