I like the toenail on my left pinky toe. It is a thick, rough-edged mess that is almost indistinguishable from the actual skin beneath it. It is hell to trim that toe, but I respect this toenail for it's perspicacity and tenacity in just doing the business of growing day after day, week after week, even though it is a hideous beast. It doesn't care. It just grows. I love that goddammed raggedy-ass toenail.

My right nipple comes in a close second. (God!...how I love that appendage)

Sorry, Gus. I have been intimate with my ear canal, but never the lobe. Even the word "lobe" kind of grosses me out. But hey, different strokes...
