Top of the refrigerator, left there for just a second, while perusing?

Tucked in the freezer, after some of that wine?

Answering a different phone, getting book, rushing off, giant dog takes book?

behind pillow on sofa?

The Evil Organizer Thief came to your neighborhood?

It's funny, I checked behind sofa cushions and bed pillows. In the refrigerator and freezer. I even squinted suspiciously at the cats. Seem like the Evil Organizer Thief is moi! Embarrassed

LittleK's keys probably ran off with my keys. I usually have a second whole set, and did that time. Still, they could have only been in the gravel or on the concrete. There is, you know, an Evil Key Thief. I know, I'm not religious, or even spiritual, but I believe in key thieves.

Excellent! Now, do you happen to know where our upstairs pair of scissors went?

Maybe they made a bunch of baby keys and left them laying around my house?

Thank you, all you lovely people, for helping me to focus. The elves thing triggered the email, triggered the lunch thing, triggered the what were we working on after lunch, triggered the filed reports where I found myself nicely blanketed between papers in a filing cabinet.

Sheesh!

jes, I can almost guarantee that one of my daughters has your scissors. They seem to collect scissors, at least all the ones that are missing around here.

Going from my brain to a book was a major hurdle. It will be a new decade before I'm ready to give myself up to the internet. Confused

Glad you found it. I was getting ready to suggest perhaps you had upgraded your little book to a Palm Treo cell phone, but had forgotten this, and that therefore everything on your Palm was synchronized with and backed up to your computer, ready to be viewed there.

Will it be a decade before you're ready to trust such technology?

Thanks, I'll be there in a few hours to collect. Smile

if you check email every day, Trumba dot com is fabulous.

I use it the way you use your day planner.

I plug in everything I need to do on what day + time and place I need to be.
In the morning, it sends me an email of everything I need to do today.
All the way down to the phone numbers, addresses, mapquest links, and notes I wrote .

I would die with out it.

well.. not really... because google calendar is looking good for far cheaper then I spend on Trumba.. but you get the idea. Wink
