Welcome to A2K, Tomara. You will find that most of the folks on this forum are delightful. Have to be careful of stray cats, however. You could get cat scratch fever, and some are actually wild. Razz

Ooh, I love corn on the cob. Why is it that corn tastes so much better on the cob than off? It's still the same corn. What the hell is up with that?

I seem to recall that corn retains a higher sugar ratio when left on the cob. When cut the sugar breaks down faster and the corn tastes more starchy than sweet.
