I just posted that my friend is selling his practice, and I can't find the post anywhere. Weird.
Does anyone have any advice on selling a practice? He listed it with a broker, but they haven't done a whole lot to get it sold. Has anyone sold their practice recently? Does anyone have friends or neighbors or co-workers or relatives who have or that are looking to buy a practice?

If you worded the post in such a way that it became an advertisement, then quite possibly it was removed by the moderators. Commercial or private advertising of any kind is banned from Able2know.
Keeping our forum free of spam is not trivial. I would have reported you myself if I had seen what I considered an advertisement.
