I think he "purchased" them just like he does everything else. Adoption is legal, and we don't know the details of the deals.

My experience with mixed-race friends and their kids is that their looks can go any way.

The odds of all three of them appearing very caucasian is pretty slim, especially considering the skin tone of Jacksons father, very dark.

I've seen out of the ordinary appearances from different peoples having babies, but with 3 children in a row.

The lighter gene is just going to be more recessive overall....light skin, blond hair...does anyone know if Jackson has any white, asian or native american ancestors on either his father or mothers side?

Her two kids have different fathers. (Victoria Rowell -- not sure of the girl's father but would presume he's white... the boy's father is Wynton Marsalis.)

Ms. Rowell had a white mother, though, and Michael himself isn't very mixed-race as far as I know, at least in terms of genetics.

I don't know anything about the kids, I Googled for 'em and the pictures I saw showed a kid with long black hair and an obscured face -- didn't look particularly white, I couldn't tell.

Can you imagine what it's like to grow up with Michael Jackson as your father? Ugh.
