Eclectic interests...more arts and history than you would guess about a person in the sciences...read constantly and enjoy books. I love music from blue grass, folk(used to sing semi-professionally),jazz, blues, to classical and opera. I am a veteran of the Vietnam war, as my name implies, and I am against war unless it is for a real and present danger to Americans. That said, I am a Civil War buff, and have even thought of becoming a guide at Gettysburg or Antietam...two battlefields that are near where I live.
