The strength of LLC is simply its being less complex than other companies' structures. In comparison to C Corp. And S corp., Limited Liability Company's structure is flexible. Additionally, when talking about taxes, LLC is more advantage than other companies, by which gives the entrepreneurs the bonus of having "pass-through" taxes. These are few of the reasons why several entrepreneurs are now shifting and starting putting up such business.

In some universities, LLC is now part of business administration degree. They provide their students the freedom to choose a new career that will lead them to greater heights. Moreover, learning more about LLC can be obtained through various set-ups, but there are a lot of things to consider before setting one.

Below are the following examples when planning for this technique:

1. The new entrepreneur must choose a legal name and reserve it through the Secretary of State's office (if the states require it). It should be unique, and no other company owns it. Moreover, some state does not allow using bank, company, and corporation incorporated with LLC. That is why, before entering one, check the state's policies over LLC for smooth operations.
2. If creating a name is all set, the next step is draft and files the Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State.
3. If the LLC has two to three members, it is important to decide who will run the business. It is imperative to create operating agreement within the organization's roles and responsibilities.
4. In some state, they require applying for a business license and other certificates specific the joined industry.
5. File the form SS-4 or apply it online with Internal Revenue service website to obtain an Employer Identification Number or EIN (per state requirement). Also, apply for other ID numbers as per required by the state or the local government.

So, if planning to enter new venture in the business world, why not join the world of LLC? There are greater advantages, like simplified business taxes, and less complex in forming LLC. No hassle, less burden, and feel the freedom of being an entrepreneur.
