Woman of certain age who can't carry a tune, likes to cook instead of clean, is crazed about italy, has certain views re religion and politics but tries to listen, one time anyway.
I've lived in Los Angeles most of my life; moved from there to the far north of California in the late '90's, and then, six years later, to New Mexico. I am still getting settled in, discovering the southwest.
I suppose I should add that I grew up wanting to be a doctor when just about no women were admitted in u.s. re mcat schools ('62), and couldn't have made it anyway since my grades weren't that good given my trying to earn money at a hospital to keep me and family going. Long time ago, but part of my being a fem.
However, I don't hate men, generally the opposite.
