I have been gardening since as long as I remember, mostly for my mother at our house and later in her little landscaping company. Now I am adoring the challenges of urban shady garden planting. Actually, I'm addicted. But, someone else is paying for the plants!
I have also been an animal lover for my entire life - it goes back a few generations on my mom's side. We're nuts. I whine and bitch about being in debt to the vet, but I'd do it all over again. Have a diabetic/pancreatitis inflicted cat named Screech.
I have lived in New England for most of my life with a combined 10 years living in the american southwest and southeast. I like to travel and if I had the money (damned pets, good thing they're cute!), I'd do more of it.
So, to wrap up, I'm a semi-expert on gardening and primary education. And I know a lot about pets. Further, I know a bit about new england, new mexico and georgia (USA).
