I cannot pass by a cookbook without opening it's pages! I read all of my books from cover to cover when I get them! I LOVE good friends and good food....I get high on life!......I particularly enjoy foods that are not overly complicated with too many components. I think it masks the purity of the natural flavor of the food. If you have to add that many additional flavors to the food to make it taste good, then why eat it?

I am presently doing some research before opening my own specialty hot dog stand! Hopefully, if all goes well, we'll be up and running in a few months.
