I am 19 years of age and currently live with my parents not far from the city of Norwich, in Eastern England. I left college last year and now work as a trainee with the Police Service Support Staff (civilian) here in Norfolk. I enjoy the work very much and it is great to know I work for a Service looking after the community. I did contemplate joining the Police myself as an officer but decided against it as I am not tall enough even though there are no height restrictions, but even so many policemen are very tall. I enjoy working alongside police officers who are a very dedicated lot of men and women.
My father is from the south of England but I was born here in Norfolk. My mother is from near Edinburgh, Scotland, and I regard Scotland as my second home as I love it so much...it is a beautiful country. I love Norfolk as well, even though it is very flat, unlike Scotland, and it is a wonderful county for countryside and coastline with fantastic wild life, perfect for bird watchers.
