Could an abusive foster parent be sued for fraud?

Actually, people doing it for reasons of unresolved trauma and such (which certainly IS true of many foster parents I have to work with) would arguably be worse than doing it for money, if the money people do it compassionately and competently.

It'll be your unresolved trauma foster parents who end up killing and maiming, on the whole, I would guess...just as it is with natural parents.

A foster parent is an employee. Should you have evidence that they faslsfied any documentation to aquire licensure, they can be made to repay and charged with fraud.
