IFF: It may be common to all humans as a potential but not realized, just as the capability to have children is common, but not everyone can or does have children.

When you apply "potential" to something that is impossible, it's a red herring. Example: Humans have the potential not to eat meat.

How do you know impersonal love is impossible? Many have reported feelings of impersonal love. Were we born "special"? Also, your example doesn't make sense to me. I don't eat meat (although I did when I was young). Furthermore, I've known people who've grown up in vegetarian households who've literally never eaten meat their entire lives.

An individual choice to do anything or nothing does not make it innate.

How can one learn impersonal love if its not innate? Can we learn emotions? Can you teach love to a person who doesn't have the innate capability to love?

I suspect that IFF has either never raised a child from infancy, or if so, wasn't paying attention.
