Thirty six local male commuters have filed a class action "failure to provide services" suit against the local transportation agency for "making unsubstantiatiated promises" to wit "despite claims made by agency signage in regard to the possibility of a particular circumstance occurring given a certain preascertained action" none of the plaintiffs report receiving any such services despite repeated efforts by them individually and as a group en masse.

They are asking recompense of fifty dollars per occurrence which reflects the going rate for such services locally plus tip.
