I much prefer to have my quarterly payments low enough that in April I must pay the maximum allowable without penalty. An intrest free loan from the government is rather nice.
flyboy, That'll work for people that are financially responsible. Most people with balloon payments are not so responsible, and they end up paying the penalty and interest. c.i.
