We have housekeeping staff who take out the trash, and dust the desks, computers, storage space everyday. They actually manage to dust the work place without moving about your things/papers. If you don't want them to dust your desk, you can leave a post-it for them saying so.

They vaccum the place at least weekly. Everyday, they clean the corridors, the glass doors at the cabins...they do a LOT of work.
