It means, write what kind of job you want to be doing in 3 years time. A fairly big problem for me, is that I am not you. Therefore I don't know what you want to do in 3 years time. Possibly a way around this would be if you do some "thinking". Have you heard of that?

1. Imagine a room. You are in that room. Look at the wall. On the wall is a calendar. The calendar says "February 2010".

2. You are eating your breakfast. You drink your coffee.

3. You put on your coat. You say to your pretty wife, "I'm going to work now. I'm so happy with my job."

4. Answer this question: What is your job?

If you cannot answer this question, seek career advice!

I agree with Contrex. You need to think about how you would like your career to develop. In three years, how would you have progressed in your career? What duties would you have at that time?
