Don't forget the "Fear This" sticker on the windshield, and neon lights underneath that blink to the bass line.

I kind of agree on the Ford vs. Toyota. Toyotas are definitely better, but for a plain-jane 6-cyl pickup used just to haul stuff, if the Ford is that much cheaper, you're better off.
