the BBC reports that a female rottweiler has adopted two lambs and is treating them as if they were her babieis .
perhaps 'the lion - or the rottweiler - will lie with the lamb' ?
it's one of the 'cutest' pictures i've seen in a long time (i'm not very fond of the word 'cute' - but think it might be appropriate here) .

even the dogs start young these days !
(reading accounts of 'the good old days' has made me realize that
actually nowadays couples are usually older before marrying/having children than in the 'good old days' Shocked :wink: ).
still think it's a 'cute' picture - perhaps the rotty thinks she is playing with dolls ?

She probably thinks "Mine!". I wonder what she'll do when the lambs go outside to frisk and gambol with their peer group?
