want to study economy abroad..

Hi everybody, my niece studies economy and commerce at a university

here. She asked me what country do you suggest to go for a higher

euducation in commerce and economy?! I don't know much about this

thing. Also, which part of economy science is most wanted nowdays?

Well, the University of Chicago is a powerhouse in economics. So is Stanford. I'm not sure I would want a relative of mine to face those Chicago winters, though.

Hi roger Smile , thanks. She is still in her second years and want someone to

help her making a decision. I don't like economics that much, but one

must learn about it as it essential I guess.

Economics is like psychology in one sense. It's great at explaining what happened, but neither is good at predicting. It's best to think of economics as being about choices, not about money. I've had one course in macroeconomics and thought it was interesting. I wish I had taken microeconomics instead, but it didn't fit my schedule, and I was in a hurry.

Hi everybody and thanks for the links.what if I want to take training

courses only there for a couple of months then coming back to my

university?, what do you suggest? or are these universities give training

courses also?
