I have tried the riddle on K.K. Rowling's web site, but can't get beyond the key that appears in one of the chimes. Actually, all I get is a gold strip down the chime, but no key. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a way around it?
im sorry this is too late, but i'll tell you anyways.
The same thing happened to me. You have to click on it and hold it down while you drag it to the door.
