MsOlga, Today's sunday - no work. I do work Monday and Tuesday (my actual bday). But, I for some crazy reason told a whole classroom that I was turning 40 on Tuesday, so by now most 7th-graders know it's my birthday. yikes.

So, the only ones who met me out were my brother and KK, our life-long friend. But, we had a wonderful time and KK spent way too much money on my gift (but I love it!). We ate as Casablanca, an iconic mediterranean restaurant in havahd squayah. There weren't many people there and the wait staff liked us. Good time.

Bathsheba - I've never had children. I think that in some ways has kept me a lot less stressed out.
I spent my ACTUAL birthday yesterday at work, then packing for and driving to Cape Cod. I wanted to get here last night so I could catch a ride this morning with my parents to visit with great aunt and uncles. I absolutely adore A, who is mostly deaf but looking healthy. My Aunt V and uncle B are wonderful people, too. I got some video of the two old guys telling stories. V would have normally gotten involved, but she's on oxygen and is more breath reserved than she used to be. They're all in their 80s.
