As a cynical scientist Ive seen a lot of fraud and deception in the sciences . It is not free of the foibles with which all fellowship is fraught.

Exactly...which is why I try to approach it with an agnostic spirit.

Agnosticism doesn't reject....it merely adds a few grains of salt to the mix.

Never a bad idea.

I am an agnostic concerning human activity in general. The only dispute I ever really had with Frank we have covered enough times I won't go there.
