A Garland of children

This was a large illustrated book of very short stories which entranced me in my childhood. I believe the cover was a pale blue, and I think the illustrations were by a French artist named something-or-other Boutet de Montvel or Monvel. It would have been published sometime around the late 1920s or early 1930s.

I have been trying without luck to locate a copy. Does anyone have any ideas?

Garland of children
Thanks for the link, Miller. It seems to be busy or something, but I'll try it again latyer. However - a question: The book itself isn't in French; is this a French site of some sort?
