Mornin Big Red ... I think we maxed out the storage capacity. Glad you found your way over here! Don't think TTH will be joining us for awhile ... she was on pretty late last nite.

i've tried venison before in different ways....chili, burgers, stew.... i'm sure there are others. i didn't care for any of them. i've been told it's all about how it's prepared. maybe i would like yours!

Aw I won't be doin' any ribbin' ... hope Coonie got one last week, too! And yes, the jerky will be done about the same time.
